Sammy's passion is in fitness and helping people. Training himself since he was 17 years old and pushing past barriers to achieve results is what he's about. Working out feels good and benefits the mind and body. His aim is to help as many people achieve their potential as possible. "cdnqldyz"

Michael is an experienced personal trainer, training since 2015 and having coached over 5000 1-1 sessions, not failing a client to date. Currently Michael trains MMA, with a background in bodybuilding & powerlifting. Favouring heavy strength training and extreme cardio; Taking on only clients serious about changing their lives.

£25 an hour. £20 if more than one bought.

Ben is a family man who loves sports, especially boxing and football. Formerly 15 stone 6 he is fully aware of the difficulties getting motivated, he loves to help people get fit, healthy and reach their goals. He would love to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible and have fun along the way.
